In the last few years, music videos from rap and trap artists have become a perfect way to flex any kind of outfit, strengthen the historical bond between music and fashion. Not only rappers have become the runaway-must-have but more often they are the reason why trend and aesthetics spread among the youngers. Last example of this kind i is the music video for “Street Advisor”, the song produced by the Italian producer Night Skinny featuring Noyz Narcos, Marracash and Capo Plaza, first single from “Mattoni”, the new album by Skinny. The video, shot by No Text, has a really recognizable fashion aesthetics, also thanks to the work of the stylists Silvia Vinci e Allison Fullin, that match with the one from the album itself (that has a cover artwork realized by Giorgio Di Salvio. But if rap videos are the occasion to see new fashion item, nss magazine tried to spot the best streetwear and sneakers from the video, to give the readers the chance to dress like their favorite rappers.

Jordan 1 Retro High Travis Scott

Let’s start from the biggies, the Jordan 1 Retro High Travis Scott wore by Noyz Narcos in the first shots of the video. The collab between Jordan and La Frame was one of the biggest releases of the year, followed by a Low version. This rare pair of sneakers can be purchased only through secondary market for some crazy numbers. Full of details, the best part of these sneakers is the Cactus Jack logo on one of the shoes. A collector’s pieces, but be careful about fakes.

adidas originals by aw wangbody hoodie

Marracash wears a full adidas by Alexander Wang outfit, combining a pair of FutureShell sneakers to a track pant and a hoodie made by the American designer for the sportswear brand playing the iconic Trefoil adidas logo. Released in the first part of 2019, the entire collection is available online at alexanderwang.com and from selected retailers.

P-LUZAVIC-TIGERCAM

In another shot Marracash wears a pair of adidas Nite Joggers matched with a gabardine cargo pant with vintage and overdyed tiger camouflage motif made by Diesel. A lovely piece by the Italian brand, enriched with two cargo pockets which accompany the zip pockets and the back pockets. The P-Luzavic-Tigercam pant is available online.

Nike Zoom Vomero 5 SP

Speaking of sneakers, Night Skinny features a pair of Nike Zoom Vomero 5 SP customized with some of the elements took from the artwork of Mattoni, the fifth studio album from the Italian producer. The sneakers match perfectly with Skinny’s style, made by technical clothing brands like Goretex. Besides Skinny, even Capo Plaza wears a pair of Air Forced customized with the shoelaces already seen on the Vomero and one the artwork taken from the cover art of Mattoni. If you are already dreaming to customize your sneakers in honor of Nigh Skinny, we have some bad news for you: the laces are not available to cop right now. So, fingers crossed for a release asap.

Nike ACG Short Sleeve Shirt

After his pair of Jordan 1 Travis Scott, Noyz rocks again the iconic swoosh logo, this time wearing a Nike X ACG (All Condition Gear) short sleeve in its habanero red colorway. Part of the AW19 collection, the shirt reflects the concept of streetwear made for all the weather conditions and the chest pocket carries on one of the elements featured in this collection.

Hoodie BB Paris

It’s time to flex for Capo Plaza, who wears a black Balenciaga hoodie with the BB Paris logo. For a cozy but luxury outfit, enriched by biologic cotton for this piece made in Portugal. If you wanna give in to temptation the hoodie is available on the Balenciaga online shop for a retail price of 650€. Not only luxury fashion but an eye to the past too for Capo Plaza with a Utah Jazz jersey featuring the iconic 32 wore by Karl Malone. Made by Mitchell & Ness, this jersey takes inspiration from the one used by the NBA team in the 1991-1992 season.

Last but not least Ketama and his cameo. The rapper from Rome wears a Supreme Shoulder Bag part of the SS18 collection, a must-have for any self-respecting hypebeast. The bag is available on StockX.
