After the success of the first one, Vetements is getting ready to release its second collectible book: Vetements Summercamp.
The title is not accidental: “We wanted to shoot the clothes on the Vetements team and friends and combine it with having fun,” Demna Gvasalia told Vogue.com, “So we rented a house in the countryside and stayed there for two nights, cooking, playing, chatting, shooting clothes, laughing, and having loads of fun! It was a very special moment”.
The images, taken once again by Pierre-Ange Carlotti, have as protagonists, among others, Clara 3000, Paul Hameline, Demna e Guram Gvasalia, Lotta Volkova and Elena Cavagnara. They all wear the garments from Vetements’ SS17 collection that was showed last July inside the Galeries Lafayette in Paris, which features 18 brand collaborations including Juicy Couture, Manolo Blahnik, Reebok, Levi's, Dr. Martens, Brioni and Comme des Garçons Shirt.
Vetements Summercamp is published by IDEA Books and will be on sale on October 5, 2016, at Dover Street Market and selected stores worldwide. On October 3 there will be a signing at Comme des Garcons Trading Museum in Paris.
