Jacquemus FW16 campaign is upside down By David Luraschi

For next season Jacquemus decided to show his collection with a surreal campaign full of fun. The protagonists? A human pile sitting on a Parisian bench wearing the new collection of the brand. This is the result of the smart choice of the designer to collaborate with artist and choreographer Willi Dorner.

During the launch of his collection, Jacquemus remained so fascinated by Dorner’s ideas that decided to contact him. No face, expression, only bodies melting into a human sculpture wearing bright clothes in unusual places of the metropolis.

The shots were taken by David Lurashi, the photographer known for his photographs full of vitality that portray people on the street. Nothing commercial: the intent of the French designer is to show the world that real talent can’t be seen only in a 10-minute show and his advertising campaigns are the proof of that.
