Simone Grassi highlights: “The role of women, especially here, has always been important. Weavers and master seamstresses have consistently brought a precision and care for detail that made the difference.” Another key focus is the conscious management of production processes and industrial waste: “Few people know this, but turning waste into something usable often requires very little effort — and it would probably cost companies less.”
