Although it was the most divisive edition in recent years, the Salone del Mobile came to an end on Sunday, along with the Milano Design Week. A crucial week in Milan’s calendar, thanks to the international attendance and the exceptional turnout numbers (over 300,000 visits were recorded at the Rho fair alone). The real buzz, however, was felt in the city center, where neighborhoods like Brera, 5Vie, and Montenapoleone were filled with design enthusiasts (and not only). A style that's clearly different from the one of Fashion Week: rather relaxed, yet chic and refined — in short, a perfect description of Milan.
