Sfero's new CHAIN-BAG
Entirely 3D printed right in Milan
April 14th, 2025
Sfero is a creative studio based in Milan, founded by the Roman duo Nicolò Bocale and Davide Arcodia. With a visionary approach and the ability to merge art, technology, and design, Sfero stands out for its freedom in transforming any concept into an object, without being bound by traditional categories. The result is a fluid and avant-garde aesthetic language, in constant evolution. On April 24, Sfero will launch CHAIN-BAG, a conceptual bag entirely 3D-printed in their Milanese studio. Before the bag’s launch, the brand will also create an offline campaign on the streets of Milan – though details about the latter remain shrouded in mystery.
The bag’s outer structure simulates the visual and tactile effect of a series of intertwined necklaces, as if they had been gathered and transformed into a functional accessory. Available in three colourways – Metallic Black, Lime Green, and Candy Pink – it is one of the first 3D-printed bags to also integrate a fabric-lined interior with a zip closure. The campaign accompanying the launch revolves around the concept of letting go of the past to embrace the new, a symbolic gesture that reflects the constant drive for innovation defining Sfero’s identity.
