After Moschino and Sergio Rossi, also Kering has decided to move its Italian headquarters to the complex of Spiga 26, in the heart of the Milanese fashion quadrilateral and at the center of an important renovation project by Scandurra Studio Architettura and SCE Project. Kering will have its own entrance on Via Senato 19, a few meters from Via Montenapoleone, with a total surface of about 7000 mq.

The building, on the other hand, covers over 13,000 square meters developed on different floors with an internal courtyard of 180 square meters, while in addition to the spaces already occupied, the project will also include 3000 square meters at street level that will be occupied by some boutiques, including those of Moschino and Sergio Rossi. Begun in 2020, work on Spiga 26 is expected to be completed within a few months, by March of this year. "We are proud to host such an important luxury group," said Mario Abbadessa, senior managing director of Hines Italia. "This agreement is particularly important for the development of Spiga 26, in terms of positioning, project and business philosophy."

Until now, Kering's Milan headquarters were located at Via Mecenate 91, near the Gucci Hub, in a building of 11,000 square meters divided into 9 floors. The new location, despite its smaller size compared to the previous one, represents a strategic choice for the group, which in this way will also be closer to the boutiques of many of its brands, including Gucci and Balenciaga, located in Montenapoleone.
