After getting noticed thanks to some Yeezy concepts that went viral online, Andrew Kostman has returned with an even more ambitious project. No footwear this time, but an inflatable helium jacket designed in Italy and made in Japan based on the idea of a balloon carried by hand by a child in mind.
HELIUM-10000 has been developed with a resistant and ultra-light "top secret" material, designed to withstand the pressure of the helium that will be used to inflate it thanks to the cylinder included in the packing that will allow several refills over time. An idea that is as simple as it is innovative, as shown by the concepts accompanying the announcement of the project which seems to combine the timeless look of the puffer jacket with that of a traditional balloon.
The Flying jacket is still being tested but ready for its debut after a development that lasted months and which is moving towards the optimization of some details to achieve the result imagined by its creator. Available in only 100 pieces, the jacket will have a starting price of $10,000 and will be available in six different colours: Rainbow N, Vanta, Rose, Gold, Ice and Silver.
