Gentle Monster's new concept store in Seoul

For its latest, avant-garde project, Gentle Monster has created a unique space, which in many ways promises to be the next chapter in the retail experience. HAUS 0 10 10 10 1 symbolizes the direction that Gentle Monster seeks to pave within the realm of future retail. The number ‘01’ is derived from quantum mechanics, and represents the future-forward direction, whereas ‘HAUS’ is a metaphorical description of the future retail which will be home to various brands. ‘DOSAN’ is the name of an area in the middle of Seoul. 

HAUS DOSAN is the beginning of Gentle Monster’s future adventures and will contain cosmetic brand TAMBURINS known for its sophisticated interpretation of beauty as well as NUDAKE with its imaginative desserts that create a palatable fantasy. Visitors of HAUS DOSAN can hear a special soundtrack created as a collaboration between Gentle Monster and world-renowned artist and Grammy Awards nominee Arca. 

 

Starting with HAUS DOSAN, Gentle Monster will continue to present its unique paradigm once more at a larger scale and with a new concept of HAUS in Shanghai, China mid-September.
