Performance and minimalism in Stone Island Marina's SS21 collection

Stone Island Marina represents, in the wider universe of the brand, a point of union between summer lifestyle and technical research that is the very premise of Stone Island. For the SS21 season, a line of minimalist staples was presented, declined in only two colours, teal and matte black, which covers all categories of menswear. All the fabrics used are high performance: with lettering made with built-in jacquard techniques, seams sealed from the inside with a branded ribbon and an embroidered red star that symbolizes belonging to the Marina line.

Among the most particular yarns that have been used is Seaqual® Yarn is a 100% high-quality post-consumer recycled polyester yarn, containing about 10% marine plastic recycled by seaqual initiative (from plastic marine litter), the remaining 90% is post-consumer PET from terrestrial sources. The rest of the garments are made of cotton and nylon coupled with an internal breathable membrane that makes the items waterproof and windproof.
