The collaboration between Nike and Skepta has a release date

UPDATE 03.29.21: After a long series of teasing and leaked photos, the new collaboration between Nike and Skepta finally has a release date. The SK Air 5 and the apparel collection will be available from April 2nd.

UPDATE 03.23.21: After the first news leaked at the beginning of the year, other images of the new collaboration between Nike and Skepta have arrived online. In addition to a new coloration of the SK Air 5, the photos also show us for the first time the apparel part consisting of a trackpant and a jacket combined with the sneaker.

01.13.21: After the Air Max and Shox, Skepta got its hands on the Air Max Tailwind 5. Renamed SK Air 5, the sneaker was supposed to hit the market during 2020 before being postponed due to the pandemic. Waiting to discover a new release date, @airmaxarchives has published some leaked photos online that show us the sneaker in all its details.

Using some elements of the Air Max Tailwind 5 and Tailwind 5 Plus, Skepta has chosen an orange base on which develops a black spider web that reaches up to the midsole while the rear part near the heel closely resembles that of the Air Max Tailwind. The final touch, however, is the signature of rapper SK Air on the tongue and insole of the sneaker.

With these assumptions, we can only wait anxiously for a release date for the SK Air 5 in the hope of not having to see a further postponement.
