WRÅD's new digital community for sustainable fashion

With the crowdfunding of a new educational project

WRÅD's new digital community for sustainable fashion With the crowdfunding of a new educational project

WRÅD is a benefit company, start-up and creative design studio founded in 2015 by Matteo Ward, Victor Santiago and Silvia Giovanardi that pursues the goal of creating a fruitful discussion on the topic of sustainable fashion working in a synergistic way in the field of education, innovation, design and consulting. The company will launch its new SOW - School of WRÅD project, an independent and digital platform dedicated entirely to the culture of sustainability whose aim is to encourage the formation of a new form of sustainable activism in the new generations through the information and teaching of all the themes that revolve around the topic of sustainable and socially responsible fashion.

The courses that SOW - School of WRÅD offers are structured texts in the three modules Better Design, Better Communication and Better Management. Another objective of the initiative is to ensure global accessibility for its courses in terms of pricing, language and business model: each course sold offers the possibility for the school of WRÅD participants to sponsor the free distribution of educational packages and facilities to children to whom education around this topic is now denied in countries with an emerging economy such as Vietnam, Bangladesh, India and Iran thanks to the collaboration with Fashion Revolution Iran. In addition, the platform will also be open to third parties, giving professionals, innovators and creatives the opportunity to present and promote their courses.

For the launch of the SOW - School of WRÅD project, a crowdfunding campaign was opened in the Indiegogo platform, giving the public the opportunity to participate in the construction of the project and become founders of the school. All project information is available on WRÅD's official website.
