Persol and Stone Island unveil their first collaboration

For their first collaboration, Persol and Stone Island have chosen an archival classic from the 1970s as a starting point to create a new benchmark for luxury eyewear. 

Designed exclusively for the collaboration, the new PILOT FRAME PO2470S is inspired by the world of aviation with a reference to workwear and was made using the same machinery used to create the original Persol models. Characterized by a pilot shape, the glasses have a profile characterized by a metal bridge with visible screws, handcrafted to ensure the highest technology without sacrificing style. On the gunmetal coloured frame, there is instead the iconic Persol arrow together with the printed Stone Island logo. This new model is the meeting point between the experimental vision of Stone Island and Persol's spirit for a higher celebration of Italian style.
