The Creative Industry Under Quarantine - E06 IUTER Illegal Kikko shares his new daily routine

As written by the co-founder of nss Walter D'Aprile in an editorial first published on Highsnobiety, then on nss magazineCoronavirus is the first shared experience in a globalized world. For almost a month now, the entire world had to give up to the urgency of adopting the extreme measures showed by the so-called "Wuhan model": following the Chinese city, Italy was just the first of many Countries to be afflicted by the spread of the virus. There is no way to predict the consequences, but they will affect us on every level, both humanly and professionally.

Following the first episodes with Gilda Ambrosio and Giorgia Tordini for THE ATTICO, Loris Messina and Simone Rizzo for SUNNEI, NOWFASHION editor-in-chief Gianluca Cantaro, young journalist Cecilia Sala and Elia for BRAIN DEAD, this time it's the turn of Illegal Kikko for IUTER.

#1 Describe your typical quarantine day

Too many screens, too much work. I've been smoking more than ever, that's for sure, along with many many beers. After all, spring has come. And I finally made the puzzle with my face on it.

#2 Your first thought when you realized that Coronavirus was a real and concrete issue

Leather, money and my dearests. Not in this order. But I'm pretending that this tragic experience will teach me something.

#3 The app you're using the most in this period

I don't know, I'm using GMail as I've always done. Maybe Instagram. Certainly, I'm spending more time on Amazon (oops).

#4 Your biggest fear and what you miss the most

I miss nature and I'm afraid that even this tragedy will not be enough to make people understand the impact of our society on the planet we're living in. I'm hoping for that, but I'm not sure that this is the case. The thing I miss the most? Probably those summer cocktails decorated with little paper umbrellas.

#5 The most pleasing surprise of this quarantine

Slowing down for a while is not bad. Even if we're already tired of it, of course.

#6 Your soundtrack or the album you've been listening non-stop

I'm listening mostly to Italian music. Venditti, Vasco, Carboni, Cremonini, as usual. And I can't miss The Three Tenors.

#7 Your tip for creative people who are having trouble with this time of standstill

You'll return to make more money, folks!

#8 Are you already planning your post-quarantine?

For now, I missed a trip to Sardegna and another to Mexico. I'm trying to avoid any other plan if not for work. I'm hoping that we will be able to travel through Italy as soon as possible, that would be enough for me.
