TommyXLewis Spring 2020 collection combines style and sustainability Available from 16 February

The collaboration between Tommy Hilfiger and Lewis Hamilton eaches its fourth chapter and is now increasingly focused on sustainability.

We are determined to be one of the leading sustainable designer lifestyle brands in the world, and this is a commitment we share with Lewis. Since day one, Lewis and I have been on a journey to incorporate innovative production principles and sustainable materials into each of our collaborations. We are proud to accomplish new milestones every season.

The American designer said, pointing out that over 75% of the looks in the TommyXLewis Spring 2020 collection are made of eco-friendly materials and produced in a way that reduces the negative impact of the supply chain. The new creations, in fact, are realized in organic cotton, and recycled materials, vegan leather alternatives, low-impact denim washes, and miDori® bioWick, a plant seed oil-based, low-carbon footprint, quick dry and wicking finishing agent. Increasingly green, the items combine the brand's heritage and the British rider's streetwear style. Hilfiger's classic archival looks are redesigned with new details such as reversibility, and get a new gender-neutral fit. Hoodies, cargo pants, tees, vests, bomber jackets, denim shorts and classic tracksuits mix blue and military green with neutral tones and neon pop hints.

The TommyXLewis Spring 2020 collection will be presented, together with the other SS20 creations by Hilfiger, during the TommyNow show to be held next February 16th at the Tate Modern in London. On the same day the capsule will be available in a no-gender section on tommy.com, in selected stores of the brand and at authorized stores.
