Prada revealed the future of Cloudbust sneakers During the last show, a new model was spotted

The show of Prada's FW20 collection was one of the best of Milan Fashion Week. With its classic items mixed with futuristic details, Miuccia Prada's vision once again indicated the direction menswear will take this year. One of the details that attracted the most attention was the footwear, because between oversized boots, classic dress shoes and new leather models, a sneaker appeared that could be a new iteration of the Cloudbust silhouette.

The appearance of the new sneaker, both hypermodern and minimalist, actually follows that of the classic Cloudbust but the model has been updated. Upper and midsole are decorated with a system of rubber panels of the same color, on a fabric base, and are no longer as sharply separated as in previous models. Velcro straps and laces have disappeared, replaced by a zip, and branding is present in the form of a triangular tag on the outside of the sneaker. The colorways seen at the show were white, blue and mint green.

Another sneaker that has been spotted is a minimalistic version of the Derby Sneaker, made of brushed leather, with a flashy platform sole and a lace system in which the eyelets are hidden by a layer of leather, present in a blue colorway, a black and a one mint green. The oversized leather boots that dominated most of the looks, however, seem to be a luxury iteration of the classic Wellington Boot.

Although the names of the models and close-up images have still been revealed, Prada's new sneakers and especially the third iteration of the Cloudbust promise to become as popular as previous models. Stay connected to nss magazine for all updates on Prada's upcoming releases.
