The first real look at Nike's 'On Air' six winning sneakers The samples have been made.

Ever since Nike’s ‘On Air’ competition was launched in March, we’ve been following its developments with great curiosity.

Built on the premise that the public in six different cities, that are all known as sneaker culture epicenters, New York City, Paris, London, Tokyo, Seoul, and Shanghai, could send in proposals for sneaker designs, where the winners would get their shoe design put into production. The winners were announced in May but now is the first time we get to see all the actual samples of the winning sneakers and not just computer mockups. The winners made new designs of the Nike Air Max 1, Air Max 97, Air Max 98 and Air VaporMax Plus silhouettes.

Below we take a closer look at of the winning designs, let us know which are your hits and which are your misses!?
