Converse and JW Anderson present the GLITTER_GUTTER collection

The collaboration between Converse and JW Anderson has been discussed a lot since a first model of Converse Chuck Taylor '70 appeared on this year's Pitti Uomo catwalk in an exclusive fully-branded version JW Anderson.

After several rumors and some first appearances on various social networks, the collaboration between the two is finally unveiled. GLITTER_GUTTER is positioned halfway between the aesthetic and forward-looking spirit of Jonathan Anderson and the iconic Converse design and heritage for a celebration of that provocative vacuum that exists between the two realities for a unisex and bold collection that challenges the concepts of what is traditionally conceived as masculine and feminine through the abundant use of glitter.

"GLITTER_GUTTER comes from the idea of ​​breaking iconic silhouettes with something unexpected", says designer Jonathan Anderson.

From this creative ethos in which pop art and heritage meet and collide, Converse x JW Anderson GLITTER_GUTTER collection consists of three models: the Converse x JW Anderson Chuck '70, inevitable piece of Jonathan Anderson's personal look and the collection's key piece, the Converse x JW Anderson Thunderbolt and Converse x JW Anderson Ballet, presented through the shots and a video made by the famous and acclaimed director Larry Clark.

The first release of Converse x JW Anderson GLITTER_GUTTER highly anticipated collaboration, Converse x JW Anderson Chuck 70, will be available from December 14th.
