Givenchy's new advertising campaign bring gothic to the Beach

In esclusiva una piccola anticipazione degli scatti di Mert Alas e Marcus Piggott per la nuova campagna pubblicitaria SS 2012 di Givenchy. Come ha già sottolineato Riccardo Tisci, designer della Maison francese, la scelta della spiaggia, a differenza di quanto si possa pensare, continua il percorso dark intrapreso presentando un oceano oscuro palcoscenico della storia d'amore tra un temerario surfista e un'ammaliante sirena. La campagna sarà presentata totalmente sulle edizioni di Vogue di Febbraio e di altri famosi magazine.

 

Riccardo Tisci headed to the beach for Givenchy’s spring-summer ad campaign. But trust the Gothic designer to bring a dark twist to the proceedings: Gisele Bündchen, Mariacarla Boscono, Chris Moore and Simone Nobili are shown posing with black surfboards against darkening skies. The designer described the atmosphere as “the expression of a love story between a surfer and a mermaid.” Lensed by Mert Alas and Marcus Piggott, with hair by Luigi Murenu, makeup by Lucia Pieroni and layout by M/M, the campaign will break in February issues of Vogue, W and other magazines.
