We’re in a hot moment for football market and, apparently, not only for the trade of footballers. According to the English newspaper The Mirror, in fact, Arsenal would be ready to a massive switch of the technical supplier, saying an early goodbye to the deal with Puma.

The Gunners signed with the German colossus in 2014, for a figure around £30 million-per-season, that back in the days was one of the richest contracts in the Premier League. In the last years, though, Arsenal rivals signed much better deals - United with adidas, Chelsea and Tottenham with Nike - making the partnership between the Gunners and Puma a little bit outdated… If we can say so. According to sources, Gunners management is trying to prepare a massive switch with adidas, that after losing the Blues could team up with another English top club (besides United).

What’s more, it seems like Arsenal could do like Chelsea did, paying from its own pockets the buyout of the deal with Puma to sign immediately with adidas, without waiting for the end of the contract in 2019. The Gunners’ business never stops, not even for the jerseys.
