Finally, after months of spasmodic waiting, the so awaited moment to come back to Westeros has finally arrived, to watch one of the last series of the popular tv show Game of Thrones. We’re talking about a proper global phenomenon, capable - maybe as no tv show before - to involve any kind of people from all around the world. Like the designer Danny Finocchio, football and GoT enthusiast, that realized a series of Westeros’ character-inspired football kits.

To participate in the Iron Throne League - the run for the Iron Throne, assigned on the pitch and not on the battlefield - are all the houses that live in the Seven Kingdoms, but also in Essos, the eastern continent where all the major adventures of Queen Daenerys happened. Not only the great families though, as also the Free Folk, the House of Black and White, and the Brotherhood Without Banners received their own football-inspired kits.

For all the Game of Thrones squads, Danny Finocchio designed a home and away kit, also with shorts, socks, and a different sponsor badge for everyone, that can actually be considered as the best part. The Night’s Watch, in fact, is sponsored by “Night’s Watch Wall Security”, while the “Fly Arryn” - maybe owned by Braavos sheiks - are on the namesake house’s shirts. Shout out to Danny Finocchio, which managed to bond perfectly two of the most beloved things in the world, football and Game of Thrones.
