MOTHERBOARD e Fastweb presentano FFW-Fast Forward

MOTHERBOARD is an online magazine and a video channel, international platform belonging to the network of VICE, dedicated to the intersection between technology, science, and human beings, look at those things and those people who are building our wonderful as strange as this (and future) , and it does so through news, analysis, reports, photos and documentaries. 

Today we are here to tell you about LOLA, 5th episode of the new series FFW Fast Forward in partnership with Fastweb. 

LOLA is a project led by the University GARR network that allows some musicians to perform together, even though thousands of miles away from each other, due to the low latency fiber and a complex system of audio-video synchronization. 

The protagonist of the episode the Conservatorio di musica G. Tartini di Trieste, where the boys went to hear a concert of Bach for oboe d'amore and arch played at a distance, and to find out what it's like to play at the speed of light.
