Sneakers To Release This Weekend From December 2 to 4, 2016

Now that we’ve ventured into December, it’s time to officially begin the countdown to Christmas. And, what better way to do that than to look at what sneakers are going to release this weekend. Whether you’re a sneakerhead yourself or shopping for someone you know is, then this could be a helpful guide for you!

#1 Stussy x Converse One Star ‘74

Back with their newest collaboration, Converse and Stussy have partnered up together on the One Star ’74 model. If you’re familiar with this model you’ll know that it features an all-hairy-suede upper with “One Star” branding on the side of the sneaker. In addition, Stussy have added a twist to the classic silhouette, by adding unique branding to the tongue of each colourway and a translucent sole featuring the iconic “8 Ball”, it mixes things up a little! The sneaker will be available in three colourways: dusty pink, black and pine green.

Release Information: The sneaker will be available Friday, December 2nd for a retail price of £90. These sneakers will release from select retailers such as GoodhoodEnd Clothing and Converse.

#2 Air Jordan 1 Retro Ultra High “Space Jam”

This is another Jordan Retro release for any serious sneakerheads, or just lovers of the film. The Air Jordan 1 Space Jam draws inspiration from the 90s film, which stars Michael Jordan playing in a basketball game against the Looney Tunes. The sneaker comes in a sleek black and blue colourway, borrowing all original detailing from its debut. This model features a soft nylon upper with patent leather overlays and electric blue detailing on the swoosh; so expect it to be a hit!

Release Information: These sneakers will be available Saturday, December 3rd for a price of £125. These sneakers will release from retailers such as Nike and Sneakers n Stuff.

#3 Pusha T x adidas EQT ADV 91 “King Push”

With a silhouette that looks similar to the uncaged UltraBOOST, you can guarantee this collaboration between adidas and Pusha T will be a success. This style pays homage to the original 1991 EQT whilst keeping it modern with a 2016 twist; we’ve seen adidas retro quite a few of their older releases, now. This model will feature a monochromatic grey colourway, boost midsole for added comfort and a cosy primeknit upper.

Release Information: These sneakers will be available on Saturday, December 3rd for a price of around £110. They will be available for purchase from adidas.

#4 adidas NMD R2 Primeknit “Olive” and “Black”

This list wouldn’t be complete if we didn’t throw in a couple of NMD releases for the weekend. This week adidas have touched up their NMD R2 model, which will release in a choice of either olive green or black. In keeping with classic R2 style, this model will feature an all-prime kit upper; which will combine comfortability with added flexibility! It wouldn’t be an NMD without a BOOST sole! The sneaker will release in two colourways: olive green or black. Will adidas keep pushing the NMD out at such volumes?

Release Information: These colourways will be available on Friday, December 2nd (Today) for a price of £130. You’ll be able to pick these up from retailers such as adidasSize? and Afew Store.

#5 Nike x Pendleton “What The” Pack

If you’ve got a firm knowledge of sneakers, then you’ll know that Nike have been featuring the “What The” style on a series of their models for the last few years. This time around we see them work on the Air Max 1, Air Force 1 low and high with Portland-based, wool company, Pendleton. Due to the collaboration, you can expect a high-quality wool to be used on the upper as Pendleton are renowned for their exceptional quality. The upper features a bold slew of colours such as red, blue, yellow and black! Numbers for this collaboration are likely to be low as they were with previous “What The” releases.

Release Information: These sneakers will be available on Friday, December 2nd for a varied retail price depending on the model you go for. This sneaker will release on Nike
